Dumtay Tashi cell Tower
Dumtay is one of the remote gewog at Samtse Dzongkhag...There is no road, electricity facilities.All the transportation are be made by people only & horses...recently 2009 Tashi Cell constructed a simple tower using solar pannel,through which three gewogs people have the communication facility...
